Return Policy

• Invisible Chamois purchases may be returned within 30 days. Items should be returned in original condition with a copy of the packing slip.
• A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please click here for additional details.

Instructions

• Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.
• Send the item in its original packaging. Please note: We provide packing materials for all returns.
• Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
• Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
• Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY INFORMATION

Quality Water Services extends this limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of Invisible Chamois™ Spot-Free Rinse System sold within the United States.

LIFETIME : We offer a Lifetime warranty against resin failure due to defects to the original purchaser with the condition that regenerations are being preformed within every 12 months of ownership and all service, repair work, or regenerations have been conducted by QUALITY WATER SERVICES.

1 YEAR : We warranty all other components, including but not limited to parts and fittings from the original date of purchase due to defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year.

EXCLUSIONS : Residential Tanks installed in non-approved commercial applications decided by QUALITY WATER SERIVCES are excluded from any coverage whatsoever. This Limited Warranty is void if QUALITY WATER SERVICES or its designated representative determines that the Invisible Chamois™ Spot-Free Rinse System has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs or regenerations have been attempted by anyone other than QUALITY WATER SERVICES; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of QUALITY WATER SERVICES. Neglect, misuse and abuse including the installation, operation or maintenance of the Invisible Chamois™ Spot-Free Rinse System other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the unit including but not limited to proper maintenance, water chemistry, freezing and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage of any item attached to, or installed in, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. The owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than QUALITY WATER SERVICES.

LIMITATIONS : This implied warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All warranty and regeneration services must be performed by QUALITY WATER SERVICES or it designated representatives. No agent, dealer, distributor, Service Company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever.

DISCLAIMER : QUALITY WATER SERVICES and its representatives shall not be not be liable for injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including, without limitation, loss of use or water damage and removal of defective product, even if QUALITY WATER SERVICES has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Customer agrees to indemnify the Company for any liability resulting from use of said equipment by customer. The liability of QUALITY WATER SERVICES under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original product. Coverage under this limited warranty shall commence as the original date of purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by QUALITY WATER SERVICES or its designated representatives.
