Q: What is a water spot?
A: A water spot is an area of dried mineral deposits left on a surface after being allowed to air dry.

Q: How do you prevent water spots? How does it work?
A: Remove minerals from the water, therefore NO SPOTS!

Raw water naturally contains minerals, which are charged with positive (H+) and negative  (OH-) ions. These ions can be removed through the process of demineralization, resulting in rinse water that is basically pure or mineral-free. This process is used by many industries where water quality is paramount.

Q: What does demineralization remove?
